Product Operations Associate
JOB BRIEF
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically curious Product Operations Associate to join our Product Management team. This entry-level role will support the Product Management organization by optimizing tools and processes, implementing AI-driven automation, assisting with release management activities, and improving team efficiency. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable with technical tools, and excited about using emerging technologies to streamline product operations. This role is remote within Costa Rica.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Tools & Process Management:
- Assist in configuring and maintaining Jira workflows, custom fields, automation rules, and project structures to support Product Management processes.
- Optimize product management tooling, including Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms.
- Create and maintain documentation for product processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Support the Manager of Product Management in implementing and refining team processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and improve team efficiency.
AI Process Automation:
- Explore and experiment with AI tools (including Claude, Figma AI, Rovo, and others) to improve requirements generation, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
- Create and maintain AI prompts, templates, and workflows that Product Managers can leverage.
- Document AI use cases and best practices for the Product Management team.
- Stay current on emerging AI tools and assess their potential application to product operations.
- Collaborate with the Manager of Product Management to implement AI-powered automation solutions to reduce manual work for Product Managers.
Release Management & Beta Rollouts:
- Assist with coordinating release activities, including scheduling, stakeholder communication, and release documentation.
- Support beta rollout programs by managing participant lists, collecting feedback, and tracking issues.
- Maintain release metrics to help the team identify opportunities for improvement.
Internal Efficiency Initiatives:
- Support cross-functional initiatives to improve product development efficiency.
- Create dashboards and reports to provide visibility into product team performance and project status.
- Coordinate knowledge-sharing activities and team training on new tools and processes.
Assist the Manager of Product Management with Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand their needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align on tooling and process requirements.
- Partner with the Customer Insights Manager on feedback collection and analysis workflows.

- Comfortable with learning technical tools like Jira, Confluence, and Dynatrace.

SALARY RANGE: $2,000 to $2,500/mo
