JOB BRIEF

We are seeking a talented Payroll Assistant to join our team in Delhi, NY. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team of experienced entertainment industry payroll experts and make a difference with our film and television production clients. This is an in-office position with standard work hours of 9:00 a.m.—6:00 p.m. Eastern, with possible overtime.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

What you will do 

  • Perform payroll administrative duties related to the processing of payroll, including but not limited to duties such as providing external employees with employment payroll history reporting, providing W-2 documents via digital onboarding format, filing and digital record keeping
  • Responsible for all East  Coast outgoing payroll check printing and mailing, including Contributions and Residuals, collating reports with respective checks to send out
  • Manage the distribution and facilitating resolution of returned payroll checks with the Payroll Team and external employees and clients
  • Proactive in anticipating Payroll Teams’ daily needs, such as data entry of external employee profile updates upon verification in the payroll system and other outgoing mail via USPS, FedEx, UPS, and courier if needed
  • Act as the main administrator for all E-Verify data entry, verification,  reporting and set up
  • Serve as primary East Coast phone coverage and back-up for West Coast Payroll Assistant overall

SALARY RANGE: $35,000 to $45,000
