JOB BRIEF

We're looking for an outgoing individual with a passion for technology and a desire to provide an exceptional level of service to join our growing team.  You'll be responsible for assisting the Technical Account Management team with completing configuration updates for existing projects after they have completed their initial implementation process.  Updates will need to be completed on time without sacrificing accuracy.  You will also assist with creating How To resources, such as step-by-step articles and videos, to ensure that our clients have up-to-date information available as they work with GreenSlate.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Monitor the Technical Account Management pipeline for project setup requests and consult with the Technical Account Manager to determine the necessary updates.
  • Complete configuration updates to existing project setups under the supervision of a Technical Account Manager.
  • Assist with mass configuration updates across projects as needed.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of How-To articles and videos.
  • Assist the Implementation team with custom form configuration and updates as needed.
  • Transfer/escalate issues to other team members as needed.
  • Utilize Intercom help-desk software to log tickets and resolutions.
  • Spread GreenSlate's mission statement and encourage clients to join us in being environmentally conscious.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; or 2  to 3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Passion for technology, the environment, and going green!
  • The ability to deal with high volumes and work under pressure
  • A desire to find the solution, not just finish the task
  • Enthusiastic attitude about providing superior customer service
  • Excitement to learn the ins and outs of GreenSlate software platforms
  • Knowledge of production accounting and/or payroll  basics is a plus!
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Focused and detail-oriented

SALARY RANGE: $1800-$2000/mo
